RE: Mississippi Afterburner (2004) Pictures
Many thanks to the Mississippi gang for putting together this great event. Weather was spectacular with the sun mostly at our backs and flying until the sun went down. In fact light was not a problem for Larry Krammer, flew his King Cat with lights and smoke just before nightfall. What a sight. Plenty of good food, and always time to fly our jets. David and Tim put on a dazzling show with their F-4s. By the way, the gang's morning service is unmatched; your plane was delivered from the hanger and placed at the flight line before you got there. That is service!!! Will be back next year.

As usual, another great event put on by the MS Gang. Had a great time. The spectators were really into this jet thing. I talked to quite a few of them and they were really impressed.
A big thanks also goes to Michelle (FBO) and the board members of the college there. They were helpful in making sure all of our needs were met. BV even had water front property at his tent.
For the first time at this site, it was great and will be even better next year.

the military vigilanity scheme #202 is dan`s ex ride.. but it is his 2nd ex ride...formerly blue angels #5 not his 1st which is now owned gary baker of houston ...we had a mishap in waco a month ago on flight # 18 ( of all numbers for it to happen ) when we lost an elevator and busted up the nose gear and nose area....actually we were tickled to have a plane left in light of the circumstances..upon assessment doug and dan thought it would be cool to do a military scheme....seeing as how we already had a blue angels #3 and paul and i agreed...they simply out did themselves with the make over...rivits and weathering all over the place resulting in a very cool looking plane.....many thanks to doug and dan as they simply raised the bar substancially showing off their abilities....you 2 guys are tooooo cool.....and btw thanks for having us up to your house in austin during the make over....and also many thanks for having a real f-18 buzz your house while i was there at tree top level.....i dont know how you did that but when the pilot waved his wings at us from 300 feet away ( actually he was almost eye level as their house is on a hill) and aileron roll it right in front of my face and then bug out on his second pass WAS WAY TOOOOOO COOL

There was some great action on the taxi way where Paul Lot and his
hopped up 4 wheeler draged raced myself and my new homemade Chopper.
It did not take long before we got our ***** chewed, but it
was grand fun.
