Is it just me or is attendance very low? Looks kinda dead
According to Jerry, they had around 150 pilots that attended the Superman. It's about the same as last year. Please check out the pictures I posted in posts #97 and 99. It'll probably give you a good idea of how many attended the event.

Maybe an Aviation Design or an Avonds F16. Could be a SkyMaster, also.

nony,
It is the Aeroworks Acrojet prototype. I took it to Superman this year. Email me off line and I will send you a brochure about it from Aeroworks.

Flying at dusk is a great way to end the day! The camera makes it appear darker than the actual lighting.

Sorry!!! I misread!!! F18 not F16.

Was it Lewis Patton and the CJM F18?

That was a HUGE plane. It didn't seem to have enough power though.

The big F-18 did sounds different from the other F18 ?. Also the main landing gear looks good too.

I noticed on the above picture of the F-18E, the K/N on the rudder should be N/K. Also tail number 203 should be painted in tri-color gray camouflage.

The landing gear on this Century Jet F-18 was simply awesome. They looked very realistic and functional. It was a massive airplane. Lewis handled it well, especially on the first flight when it began to porpoise. I was not there for the second flight, but heard it was much better. It sounded really good in the air, the throaty roar was awesome.

Anyone have close ups of the Gear?

Hey Paul (JPOFL), What ever happened with the Afterburner lights? How did they look?

Todd and I will both have them in our Eurofighters for Lake Wales, We both have not had a chance to fly
with them yet, But I think we have the heat problem worked out and I am sure someone will post pictures of them. Still dealing with dannage from the storms but things are starting to get back to normal.
Boy Larry Krammer's King Cat sure looks good. Very nice pictures. Can't waite to do some flying.

I asked Lewis Patton himself and it's 9ft long! Very big plane. Seemed underpowered even though it had a 45 pound thrust engine in it.
