I think now ama allows homebuilt turbines if you can show that you have a certified turbine wheel. I could be wrong.........

hi davidR,
with "money wasting regulations" I meant, as we all know, that money can buy everything.
nevertheless I think that the AMA waiver is based on good ideas.
we all have the responsibility, the reward - we will be able to continue enjoing our sport.
