That could only mean that they are using more than one set of fixtures or jigs.
I haven't started building mine yet but based on what I've seen here in the last couple of days I'll be going over it with a fine toothed comb over the weekend.

Dave,
It's possible that they used more than one CNC machine with one of the programs having some errors and the other one being ok.
I just hope that I got lucky. I'll let you know.

did 4 more flights today cg is perfect
gear is absolutely perfect , and everyone said i improved my landings in overall ( but i know it is the gear)
elevator mixing with flaps is ok now.
FOD
but same as john
fod damage , i will change it completely now
i did a test and it picks up "debree"
from more then 20cm away
i will put a finemesch filter in the intakes and open up the top cover and put a bigger one there
this way i will get more air from top and less suction from the sides.
just exchanged the compressor now ,bearing was fine.
i will make some pictures later from the new fod screen and intake system.

Good point on the CNC machine...I would think thay have more than one. The Ibtro can't be the only model they produce.

if anything is wrong i blame it on the factory building and glue it all together.

Maybe none of you using the Springair noseleg have used it before. The simple way to get the noseleg to retract without twisting is just to put a guide in to keep the pushrod at a constant height level with the pivot of the retract block. The nosegear then folds dead straight. Here's a shot of the 101HD in an early prototype kit. I later changed the side of the servo mount to clear the leg coil better. The servo is a standard Futaba cheapo, nothing special. No mods to the noseleg or anything else. Notice that the steering arm can be reversed and the vertical rod can be screwed in from top or bottom so it is always the right way up.

Last night I took a stock kit from the box and built it. Admittedly I have built several before, but in 4 hours I had the wing/boom/tail assembly complete. I just have to glue on the fuselage and the airframe is built.
I will respond to any question if emailed. I will post the correction sheet tomorrow.
Have you noted the postings from guys who have completed the models and flown them? Without exception they flew straight with only a click or two of trim, and performed exactly as they should.

Sandor,
Nice work! I'll look into doing that too!
I just assembled the Intro for the first time. I checked for stab tilt and incidence. RIGHT ON THE MONEY! Despite the problems with misaligned holes, etc, the airframe is in perfect harmony. I post the good and the not so good. This is a good one. Once the radio is installed and the turbine, we'll see how the CG works out and the empty weight.
I've added a 1" wide by 1/8 thick balsa doubler from the nose gear bulkhead all the way back to the leading edge bulkhead. This will help keep the bouncey landing from tearing up the fuse pod. The sides appear to be 1/8" balsa without any reinforcement.

Sandor
what are the oleo legs in your pic. they look interesting and very effectiv?
My "Woomerbang" has just been completed after frigging around with the retracts. I finally fitted an Intarco front nose leg I had from another project and shortening the main gear by 1 1/2" to get just neutral A.O.A.
I have valves at front bulkhead with pump. 2x 1300 nicad + ECU battery for P60 jetcat all in upper nose. BVM tank against front bulkhead and I needed 80 grams in the tailplane for a 183 CG. Will weigh it tomorrow. Landings will have to be flat or the tail wheel I fiitedd will get worn out !
Lets hope the CG advice is good ( BVM header full and main Dubro empty) as 40 mm is quite a lot of difference. Well what are friends for?

Cut away the flat part and they should push in gently into place, then cyano all round lightly, a bit at a time. Trim off any part above the surface.

RE: new Arf Boomerang 14lb thrust
Hi Allan
First of all I would like to say that I don't think for one minute that the plane will not fly as designed. It is just getting to point of flying is the problem, I am glad to hear you are doing a build of the kit perhaps then you may come across the problems that have frustrated most of us, ( please don't use the building experiance bit as I and many of us would find that insulting). there are just some things that need addressing to make this a first class kit.
I sure you can see from the posts that there are things not quite right.
Mine came with no hardware at all apart from the 4mm bolts for the wing attachment and tailplane, every thing else I have had to buy seperatly, ie. wheels, pushrods, clevis's, horns etc. adding even more cost which is why I don't at this moment in time think I have had good value for my money,Mine is still awaiting engine installation and hopefully will be ready to fly in about a fortnight as I am away from home at the moment.
I do really wish you every success with this venture as I'm sure it will become a classic model, but please sort out the quality control side of things.
Regards
Tony

Sandor.
Yes please put me on the list for a set of mains only if posiible if not a complete set. Its just that I have used an Intarco nose wheel on the front but I appreciate that you probably make them in three's.
Weighed in at 14 1/2 lbs with 80grams in the tail plane to balance @ 185 CG Jetcat P60
I enclose a shot of my set up using a "Powerbox" set up and two 1300 NICADS for wqeight in the nose. BVM tank and Jetcat valves are below the ply carrier plate level. I am sure this will be similar to many others.
