Just a reminder, the 8th annual "Jets Over the Swamp" will take place on May 14th and 15th. The city of Waycross GA. gives the jet modeler's unrestricted use of it's main runway. The NEWLY paved runway is 6000' X 150' with no tree line and a wide open field directly across from the runway. The local club is very excited about this annual jet only event. This is a great event...big enough to have a variety pilots and airplanes but small enough that there are usually only one or two planes in the air at a time. Fantastic flying site and great support from the organizers! Georgia Jets will be attending again this year.

This is one of the best events to go to if you like to fly I put in over 20 flights at last years event and there were never more then two other planes in the air at a time. I can't wait to go up again.

Last year I went to this Jet Rally and had a great time. There is parking for your motor home right near the Flight Line if it's like last year.

I am suppose to Fly to Amsterdam that weekend I am trying to get ot off so I can attend.
