Combat Models F-16 Leveling Blocks
If any body is building a cbm f-16n could you please measure the leveling blocks on the bottom of the fuselage and give me the dimensions. I bought the kit used from a guy and the blocks are sanded and crushed a little bit. In the video it looks like they stick up a little and the one on front of mine is nearly gone.

I'm building one also, and am almost to that point. I already sanded the foam block off an I'm just going to glue a temp balsa stick on there to keep it level. If believe the height doesn't matter as long as when you measure for wing alignment, the wing TE tip is as far off the table as the LE wing root. It's been a while since I've watched the video but I think this is what really matters.
I've deviated in several directions in building this kit, for example, I've already installed the servos into nose. It says to do this as one of the last things to do but I didn't want to be fliping the plane upside down several times while the winge are permanently attached. This thing dents to easy already and I don't need any more hangar rash.

1/6" AND 1/8"
Are you saying the front block is 1/16" in the front and 1/8" to the back of it? just the front block? Becuse the back block on mine is about 1/4". Just the front block is gone.

I guess it depends where you are measuring from, the block is flat on the bottom and the fuselage is round. I am measuring from the apex of the fuse bottom to the bottom of the block (The flat side that gets glued when the fuse halves go togeather). This should be the most accurate measurement as you would only need to tack glue a piece of 1/16" material to the bottom of the fuse. Theres not much to the front block to begin with.
I double checked my measurements and the front block comes out to 1/16" and the rear block is 1/8" as I described measured above but 1/4" on the outside. My kit is pretty dinged up but these measurements should be accurate.

The written manual is about 42 pages, I have a copy of it somewhere, I will check if I can scan it, the video was a VHS tape, I have no idea where I put that one. Remind me in the middle of the week If you don't get anything from me by then.
