Default Bobcat, XL, Composite??

I would like to know if there are ANY differances in the 3 models of bobcats that have been produced other than building method and materials...What about Size, weight, airfoils? I am also interested if the Landing Gear for the original bobcats is a direct fit to the new composite? Thanks Russ

The gear is my main concern, i have a chance to possibly get an older bobcat that has never been flown, BUT if the gear will not directly bolt into a new composite im not sure i want it.. Russ

It is the same exact retract units. The only thing different is the duro-struts that come "standard" with the Composite "Go-Fly". The gear from an older BC will bolt directly into the composite even if it still has the wire struts.
