Modified BobCat
A buddy of mine decided to do some changes to a Bob Cat and see how his design would work. He came out with an inverted Vtail which he has a patent on. He plans to come out with a new design which will hopefully be out some time this year. Sorry no picture of that one just yet. He is working on getting the molds done and getting a manufacture to produce them.
After a few weeks of finishing the install of the engine and some other testing we decided to test fly the jet here in good old Palm Bay.
The plane flew very well and extremely stable we were all happy with the test flight and we should have it flying at some of the upcoming jet meets here in Florida.
The following link is for the video of the test flight. The other link is for my Buddy's website which tells you more about the advantages of the inverted vtail.
The video of the bobcat say prototype jet called the Bob Cat My friend who did the video is not into jets and didn't know that the prototype part was the tail that we used on the plane and not the actual Bob Cat[&:]. Thanks

RE: Modified BobCat
From the sideline it looked good (second flight one pass), Jose (the pilot) has a better perspective and as we move the cg aft just a bit, it will only get better.
