Just taken delivery of a new jersey fuel can. Looks pretty good. I like the recycling facility to connect to the over flow of the tank

Does anyone know if you can use a lipo battery in place of the recommended 8 cell NiMH battery?
I just recently had to change my plastic project box which housed the battery and switch and went to a smaller box and used a two cell 2300 A123 which works great and slows the pump down enough as to not getting those scary expanding cracking sounds as the tanks expand. Also less worries about charging than with a lipo.

I must admit that for what I paid for the Jersey it would have had a variable speed control. May look at popping a Pot in the motor supply or go with the A123 option.

Can you buy just the fittings for the fuel cans?
