Reuben,

That Me 262 was on the Air Tech stand, it was really larger than the Krantz one.

Here's their contact info http://www.air-tech.info/

Good Morning from a sunny Germany !!!
Peter Ritters from PR Medien & Hobby will produce a DVD of Peter Michels A 380 including a full hour of JetPower 2006. You can email him: info@flugschau.de or have a look at his website www.flugschau.de
Kranz is still producing a few Me 262 but he will retire and close his business next year. The Me 262 from Air-Tech Jet team was built by Eberhard Mauk and has more than 30 Kg take off weight. You can buy the kit next year.
If you have more questions do not hesitate to send an email to wohlgart@aol.com
Best regards
Winnie

Thank you very much for the contact information Vaclav, its very much appreciated. Be sure that I will contact you very soon after I check some other jets and set-ups as well.

Would love to go to the show but at present I am bogged down with work and many late night design sessions, hence the midnight posts, he he he. Peter Michels A 380 sounds like its a well worth wait to watch, wow, say that 3 times fast.

I saw it go in. It was not pilot error. The jet just lowered its nose, went in to a slow rolling dive to the ground. It looked like a radio or possibly structural failure. It was a long way off when it went in.

The jet went into failsafe even if it was using the new ACT diversity System. So seems that even this is not a 100% insurance[&o]

I overheard a conversation, so can't take it for sure but one of the guys was wearing a Comp ARF Polo shirt and he was doing the talking, he said it had not gone into failsafe and thought it a battery problem. Apparently not even the engine survived.[&o]

That said, this was the only one I heard of save for the 3d heli on the nightflying section. The guy was doing his manouveres effectively in the dark lit up by spotlights, and he was not hanging back it was quite incredible and I really felt for him.

So in destruction terms only two things went in that I know of which is brilliant news for all!!!!

maybe you heard me talking to the C-ARF guy and he said it was failsafe. Anyway, sad for this nice bird.

Did someone see these Graupner G160's flying? I was impressed about the throttle response. Wow they are that much fast in spool up. I did fly a F-15 on Saturday the first time with this engine and was irritated about the response so that my first landing aproch was a bit toooooooooooo fast All I can say is really WOW!!!!

REALLY....? Wow, thanks for the heads up. But it would not be fair to condone your accusation without some proof. I do not know either of you, but I am only looking so far and if purchase it will be via an escrow service of some type as this is not a lot of money...BUT its a lot to be ripped off on.

But thanks for the advice, be sure I will have then in mind. Im still looking for a good place to purchase. Might even go second hand RTF...? Depends on the person and the package.

Hello all,

At last, a few moments of peace. Since I came back from Jetpower on Monday evening, I have been working continuously to make up for the weekend in Germany.

Gazzer, a real pleasure to meet you and Greg there. We had great fun heh?

Sara from Wren went out of her way all the time to please with her fantastic cakes. Everyone I met were extremely kind and accommodating with our (Cuprus jet dudes) enquiries. The food was good (you can tell by Gazzer's post), the show was exceptional and the whole event was superbly orginised. Thanks Winnie, you make me want to come and live in Germany. I'll even vote for you, should you want to run for Mayor, or even Chancelor.

I have already booked my room at the Ahrbella (Jascat, this time I'm getting room#11)

Chris

Hi, I use since May2006 the ACT-twin-HF-modul in my JR MC24. So I'm flying on two channels at the same time. In my SU27 I use two ACT-PCM Receivers with a DSL-Link on two channels. No problems.... In my BD5 I use two channels also, but another system: The EMCOTEC-Twin-Receiver-Solution with 2 JR-Receivers: IF one Receiver falls in failsafe, the other one (with a other channel) works on... Both systems are great for safety flying...
