Build update. Just add water and its ready to fly. WOW does this thing build fast. Cutting out and hinging the gear doors was the hardest part and after that its all downhill. This kit has some unique and wonderful features...Door rams that adjust to allow fine tuning of the closing/opening. Radio/ECU trays remove allowing installation of equipment outside of the airplane. Just stick them back in the slot and secure with a couple of screws. The nose wheel steering servo mount adjusts allowing fine tuning of the steering cables. The stab servo trays slide into a slot in the main servo tray and allow removal with two small screws. All the rudder and taileron linkage is inside the fuselage. I'm doing mine with tailerons but ailerons/flaps easy to do. I'm all done with the basic kit and just awaiting PA to send me the operating canopy kit, speedbrake kit and the rudder hinging kit. With any luck at all it will be ready to paint within a couple of weeks. Planning on using a Merlin for unlimited vertical performance. Should weigh less than 30# dry.

Work is in the way. I still need to build the operating canopy and the rudders. Hope to work on it some tomorrow. When all complete I will post some more pix.
Tom
