I don't think Bobtv is going off the air he gets compensation from youtube for some of his videos, the extra income helps with his many projects, unless he has a better deal from someone else. Stay tuned Bob enjoys what he does and I am sure he will chime in and set the record straight...

I hope you are right. It would be a huge loss to the RC world if Bob-tv goes off.

The latest video showing the Box of T shirts he got and the CARF P51 fuse that he was talking about fitting a turboprop into has disappeared so suspect it may have something to do with that.
If someone has upset our Bob then they need to sort it out quick, we need a regular fix of Bob TV, starting to get the shakes already!

They were on drilling the hole for the elevators, and preparing the molds for another layup.

What a project! What an airplane. I saw it's first flight, standing on the rear porch of the Edwards RAPCON with my wife and father inlaw who came to EDW on the X-15 project. She, Wirey 69 took of from Palmdale, AF Plant 42 and flew direct & staight in to EDW, about 22 miles. He didn't even attempt to retract the gear. Only glitch, a faring piece flew off the tail section, nothing serious. What a beautiful airplane. It is true that she was already obselete on her first flight. The days of highspeed low level evading radar airplanes was gone forever. My neighbor across the street was the engineer in charge of installing and testeng the new verticle read out instruments. Everyone that worked on it was just in love with the airplane. Many have seen the picture of a high speed pass across a lake on burner with wakes flying high in the air behind like man made tornados!! My fater inlaw told me that it went down on the tail durring a long full power run on the EDW thrust stand. Fuel ws not being transfered fast enough to stay in CG. wallace.tharp

I would guess it is so he can get the turbo-prop for the P51 and get started on the B1 again.

Holy Cow Bob, this must have been posted about the time you deleted all yr youtube videos??? as if you didnt know, it is YOUR selfless (that's 'selfLESS' NOT'selFISH' which is entirely the opposite) attitude in sharing your vast knowledge that will ensure the skills of scratchbuilding will be replicated the world over to keep this skill/art alive - THANKYOUfrom everyone out here in RCLand, you are a WINNER!!

ORIGINAL: 1/2 time show

Ok now that I got that off my chest im ok now. you guys now the real reason for the videos is not to show what I can do or what I am building. It to help every body learn how to do this stuff. I had tough time my self at first every thing I no I tought myself with a few pointers from butch. I had a hard time at first the guy at the reason store sold me every thing I needed and sent me out the door. There was no youtube or any body to show me how. Now with all the arf.s in the world I feel it a dying art and what to shair what I no

Help! Do you have actual plans for the Lancer? I want to build an EDF with a 6-7 foot wingspan, but I have been unsuccessful in getting a set of plans. Jim
