Default DX7 and Eurosport

I flew my Eurosport with the DX7 yesterday and it was flawless. Setup is as follows:

1- throttle
2- ail
3- elev
4- rudder & nosewheel via matchbox
5- gear
aux1- canards & brakes via matchbox and channel expander
aux2- smoke

No problems at all with range check or in flight. It is strange flying without an antenna sticking out in front of you.

How did you do the canard, and what are the flaps on the Eurosport? You must have modified your's somehow?

The flap channel is the canards. I use a little up canard for take-off and landing, and down canard/up elevator/brakes for braking through the channel expander.

Were you using the single Rx in the picture, or more antennas (not shown)on the receiver end?

Per, Follow the wire off main RX that angles to the right and the other RX, out of view is most likely stuck to the side of the airframe.

So you don't slave the canards to the elevator function? It would seem that you're missing a big chunk of the Euro's manuverability if you're not using the canards in pitch...
