You also might consider using a Weston mini pipe on the OS 91/Byro fan. I have a couple and they work really well and are simple. mount and done. no tuning.

Can anybody tell me if there's a good rc plane kit or plans for a. 91os dynamax set up?does not have to be scale fighter, would be nice but I would like to used the df set up I have in a safe and reliable way, I was going to convert a byron mig to use this set up but I don't think will be a good idea. Thanks

The only problem with that question is are you a builder or an arfer? If your a builder most of the older BVM or Yellow, Top Gun, Tom Cook, Avonds just to name a few. I think the problem you might have with the newer ARFs is that they arent stressed for the vibrations or the inlet and outlet ducts may not be sized correctly. There are kits out there......I find them all the time. Just came across 2 cressline kits

Yeah I seen them they are top notch, it make you want to use a turbine instead a glow df, I love the idea but I'm trying not to get into turbines, for the cost and then because u need and special field to fly them, but sure they look really cool, the real deal,

Amilcar.....special field. We have members fly turbines off our grass field. nothing special. I found that turbines are more reliable and friendly than the DF I have. Just my Twoonies worth....

I have a Yellow F4, a BVM Viper (with a Maverick wing for more lift) and a BVM Aggressor III just sitting in my plane room. I'm also in NJ if you are interested.

I hadn't really given it much thought. I really need to sell a bunch of planes, at some point, to make room. Price would depend on how RTF you want them. Which one are you interested in? I have others too.

I have a TopFlite Cessna 310 (Never flown but fully ready to go with a twin sync), a Seawind (with retracts RTF) and a Turbine F15 (RTF) which I can let go. Keep in mind these are all local pickup. Making crates and shipping is too much work. Send me a PM with your email and let me know if you want pics of any of them.

I don't know. I would try eBay for kits. BVM may have replacement wing kits. If the UV is light enough, find someone local, make a few templates and cut a FOAM copy

I did try ebay with no luck. Also couldn't find a plan (even a reduction)

I was thinking of making a balsa wing similar to balsa Bandit wing (see pic)
I have the root rib template (copy of my UV root rib) but I lack the plan and the end rib template to make this possible. Can you provide me with a copy of any of these ? I would pay for copies made and shipping of course.

Thanks.V.

The wing change to the Viper/Ultra Viper, Is the idea to make the UV fly more like an Electra? The Electra wing is definitely a good design.

I actually thought the Ultra Viper had a bit of a different wing than the original Viper, or maybe just the LEX were removed.

I have the Pheonix Models Bae Hawk and since this is the first jet I have bought that requires me to buy the power system(all my other jets came with the systems already installed) I need a little help. The specs call for a 1750kv system and I have found that system. Now the question is,If I wanted to upgrade that system does the KV increase or decrease? I appreciate all the info I can get, thanks in advance...Stu

Default Ducted fan jets

Hello,
I want to build a jet plane with two Ramtech ducted fan units. I would like to ask if there is anyone who knows the right dimensions for the pressure tube
which can fit Ramtec units. The engines are OS Max 91.
Also, I saw in this forum (Ramtech or Dynamax? topic) that someone (MiragePilot) wrote about a test made by Ralph Ploenes. Maybe someone know somefing about this test.
Thank you.
