Default Aviation Design Rafale

I'm wrapping up my AD rafale, I need some help on setting up the canards and the throws for elevator and ailerons, I have split the control surfaces so that they will be used as Elevators and Ailerons instead of Elevons.. any tips?

I am ready to install the servos in the wing but man there is very little room for the servo, is there a VERY low profile servo or flush mount out there with enough umph to handle the control surfaces on this thing?

Is a gyro on the rudder necessary as BVM indicates?

I have either a 10X or 9Z I havent decided which one to use, so if I can get an upload on the setup for a 10X I'll just load her up..

thanks

Default Rafale

bagostix,
Check out the futaba website. They have the S9150 which is a low profile digital aileron servo that puts out 80 oz of torque at 4.8v. this should do well in that aircraft. My prior AD Rafale had 9202's in the wings and did well.

Patrick.
