Alright, I'm meeting Elvis at the shop at 8:15am and we'll be on the road after that.
Elvis, I don't want to hear any of that "i've gotta warm-up" crap before you re-maiden the slob-cat.

No, I figured I would just take up your bobcat so I can get warmed up for the bandit.

Winds for Sunday at Waco are forecast to be 20-30mph from the south, according to weather.com.

I'd like to join you guys, but with that forecast, I'm not sure it's worth the drive.

Maybe see you tomorrow.Have fun.

The winds might help Elvis' Bandit clearcoat to dry, right? He gonna need it. [8D] Either that, or else we'll be able to call it the fingerprint plane!

Buck just called and he is back in town and will at Waco about 10 or so. Dawn is coming, Steven has to work. John, Ron and myself should be there by 10. Bob Price is coming also.

For those that know Tom Perry, he called yesterday to BS. He is doing well but since he made captain he works every weekend. He is doing very well after his surgery. He hope to be at the SW since he is on vacation that week. He hasn't told his wife about the SW. Hope he looks good with lumps all over his head.

He talks to Bill Fowler once in a while. He said Bill seems is doing OK. He hopes to get back to flying in the future.

Just got in from Waco a little while ago. 15 pilots showed to fly in the 10-15 winds down the runway. A lot of jet fuel was burned and a couple of times there were 5 jets in the air at a time. A good time was had by all. There was one Bandit that was shot with clear coat at 1am and he was at the field by 10am ready to fly. Buck finally learned what a Kolache is, saw him wolf down a couple of them. Now if he could just learn to spell it.

Boy, if anyone wants a turbine trainer, they should look at JETMACH. There were three of them there. Landings were so slow and it has a good presence in the air. I'm am in no way affilliated with JETMACH, just saying what I saw.
