Default Exhaust velocity, P-60 vs. Artes Super Bee

I was wondering ,in a given airframe, which engine would have a higher top end speed, I think the Super Bee has 1/2 -1 lb more thrust , but didn't see a spec on exhaust velocity. Thanks ,Jack.

Default RE: Exhaust velocity, P-60 vs. Artes Super Bee

Not sure of the exhaust velocity but we clocked this SB powered Roo at over 220mph, should give some idea of the high speed thrust in a well known easy to relate airframe.

You can also ask Felipe, Juan or Eric at Jet Central/JetArtes

Hope that helps

Rob.
