Hi, the falcon 120 is definitely retract ready, but the pictures you'd uploaded are the bobcat size 25 that we are pushing out most likely late this month
Do you have any more info about this 25 size?? I mean what a little pocket rocket it will make! Put me in for one !

Here are a few more pics.
Do you find the three blade props to be more efficient than the 2 bladed ones? I have the 50 size with an OS55AX with a 10X8 two blade. I've clocked it at 101mph with a radar gun, with fixed gear. Everything I read says that its too slow and needs more power. Being as it's my first jet, I don't know about prop efficiency. A little help would be greatly appreciated.

many thanks

Bruce

Hi guys, First flight was UGLY. GMS 120 with the 14x7 three blade is not enough, needs more blade to start with. RPM'S in the air were verry high but no push. Take off took for ever and then shot straight up , landing after cutting power went straight down. I found out on second flight both problems were better wih at least half flaps. For you guy's with JR radios down load BVM data safe program for BOB CAT it will give you basic set up and crow. Next step will be to replace GMS 120 with OS 160, Already ordered pusher pipe from WESTON UK.

JIMZACH please keep us posted of any progress.. sounds like this baby really needs a turbine to move, which is not a suprise.

Just got mine this week. Looks really good for what price you pay. Just wondering about removing some of the formers in the fuse for more for turbine installation. I have a friend that I can get a P-80 from to use and he said we could turn it down a bit. I was just looking at all the formers that’s in the way that could at least be hollowed out and try to do something with that tank mount in the nose to free up some room. Hell I have a Ziroli Hellcat big as it is and I only have 4 formers in it and this thing has I think I counted 9..

Any idea what it is painted with because I am wanting to add more colors? Excepting all suggestions. Thanks Todd

Hi Angel, What type of exhaust adapter do you have; it looks like it comes off the engine exhaust at a 90 degree angle? How did you make it? Also did you cut the back end of the motor mount area totally out. How is the motor mounted to the fuse?

I have a 45 deg. exhaust adapter from OS. No I only cut out the middle part , but still use the mount from them. I also cut down the motor mount about 1/4 in inside, it will be easy to get (4 bolts).

Its the same motor mount, But took off the black covering , cut the side and sanded down , then paint with
Ultrapaint Org. I also use a 1/8 ply as a flex plate to mount the motor on almost like BVM Fan Mount.

No retract yet . I want to see how she fly first . But will have all the stuff for the retracts. It will have
520, 530 Robart

You may want to double check that thrust angle. Don't you need a little push down on the rear?
