su27flanker,
Thanks for the complement. This is the first Baja Hobby jet that I have seen in person. A fellow member purchased it on a private sell. I usually shoot what shows up at Georgia Jets Airfield and post the videos. As you can see there is a lot of variety of aircraft our members and guess fly.

Cheers!

The winglets are gone. Do you have any idea why he did this? Just curious.

The original Viper Jet did not have winglet. He was testing performance with the winglets removed.

How is the right main gear? The leg looked like it splayed on on the landing.
Thanks

Hey around 41 seconds into that second vid you have a large moment on the port flap on the take off roll.

Looked at this vs the SM since I wanted to replace my Minion Jet. Seems like a nice jet but ultimately I went with SM just due to the wing design and front nose hatch. Being such a big jet I wanted to be able to roll it around before assemble vs carry. Price was reasonable as well

I‘m very happy with my BAJA Hobby „Viperjet“ as well. Weight with fuel is 27,9kg. Useing a Kingtech KT210 - for me power enough! I also spent a lot of time building a lightweight cockpit. Greetings from Austria - Peter
