Heart of Ohio is up and running
Time fly's and Heart of Ohio is coming up in about 2 weeks.The new runway addition looks super & with a 1,000 ft of runway nobody should have a problem getting their birds down.Look forward to seeing everyone there this year. Also the Torks are planning a big pig roast at the field this year.If you haven't had a chance to fly at this field before,nows the opportunity.I know a lot of the regulars are showing up and probably some flyers who haven't been before.Whos coming??

I have been going for the last 15 years. I do not think there is a nicer bunch of guys out there. I wish I lived closer so I could fly there all the time. I will flying a trip back from Europe and will be back in Pittsburgh friday afternoon, so I wont be there until friday night. [
] Even so, I cant wait to see everyone on Saturday and Sunday and burn some Jet A.

TORKS will be doing the majority if the site set up on Wednesday evening. You are all welcome to come on Thursday for some dial-in flights. Kero is available within a few miles of the field, and also close to the hotels. BigT

Dave, we are getting some great press from the Grove City Visitors Bureau and local press. Looking for a BIG crowd to watch you guys perform. TORKS is rolling out the red carpet for all you pilots. Come and have a great time, and enjoy the Friday night dinner. We used this Caterer for another event and one of the pilots proposed to the gal who made the corn muffins! He said he has never tasted any that good. TORKS members wives are bringing the desserts so forget about those diets. See you all soon! Big T
