I somehow very much doubt Marcus attacked it with a Dremel
and as for the Raven thing...is that a bit like your bandit being faster than my Bobcat? Yeah right! I think all that full size flying is messing with your perception of speed mate

Hi Ali,
Thanks for the info. Could not see a whip hence the question...are you using one (thought it might be grey and not show up in the photos)?
Thanks,
Craig.

Hi Craig
I used to fly my Panther without a whip aerial. In fact my Cougar flew well over 150 flights and still does ( If I ever choose to get it out of hibernation) Without any whip. Aerial inside the fuse. The Panther started to suffer with some lock outs so I ran a home made very thin wire whip only to find out the problem was my tx module, so the whip has stayed ever since.
Daves one has the rx antenna exiting the nose and taped to the leading edge. True Dave Stephens style [:'(]
Oh... I bet you have been dying to use that against for for the past... How long has it been? 4 days!!!!! Thanks Mick
Treadstone. Thanks to photos like that I have had to go and buy myself a new set of flying specs...Oh and the fact that my turbinator's did not survive the pick up truck head butt in Florida [:@]

Fantastic couple of days, I have to agree. It was even worth the sun burnt legs[:-]
I enjoyed all the jet flying; my fav was the T45 Goshawk, looked absolutely solid in the air! Unfortunately I was too far away from the commentary and missed whose model and what kit / setup it was. If anyone knows can they make me a little wiser?
ta.

Hi Chris,
I agree with you on the Goshawk... Stunning.
The model belonged to Paul Dunkley ( Sorry if the spelling is out) It is made from his own moulds and powered by A Graupner G160 Booster turbine. It was loaded with features ( Leading edge slats. air brakes etc ) and flew absolutely superbly.
Paul did make a mention that he might be kitting this model in the future as well as offering a complete ready to fly turn key option....
Hope that helps Regards Al

Great flying Dave, Ali should be happy to have someone like you to follow around and look good.
Hope to see you soon, say hi to Azza for me.
