Splt S, , ,
I'm laughing!!!!!!!!!

You hit it on the nail!!!

Forget shipping outside of Canada, he doesn't even want to ship INSIDE Canada!!!

Honestly though, one of the retailers I once spoke to sometime last year said they would never order from him. It would be a very high risk if a customer came back to the store complaining, or wanting parts.

Split S, , ,

I have to appologize to the community, but you hit it right on the mark. Sorry folks.

It's certainly not a joke to the guys that got ripped.

I'm sure when this thread gets burried deep in the RCU labyrinth of threads, more unsuspecting guys will follow.

Honestly it's a shame. The Eagle as well as his other offerings have had great reviews for an entry level DF jet. For a balsa box they perform very well and are very forgiving ( so I'm told and have read ). I had one of the older Blue Hornet kits that I sold here on RCU. Never got around to building it and ended up with a Yellow Aircraft Hornet eventually. The rationale on his site is mind bending. Maybe McDonalds will stop making nuggets so they can make more quarter pounders!!!!!

Hey, I'm with you. I hope that everybody gets their problems worked out. I've had one of my own with him from years back. No resolution. Kept my e-mails though....

Gents,

I am confused. Why is it OK to speak ill of Bob Parkinson? But when others, who have done equally bad things, and you post a warning about them, you get a message from the moderator that it is not proper to do so? Why the double standard? Is it cause he's from Canada and some other guy is from say New York?

Not sure if this Thread is closed or not?

I actually meet Bob on two ocasions, both in the USA. We conversed in great length.

Does anyone know Bob's story, the why actually, about moving his business to the USA?
