About the firgelli wing actuators,

Is there a reason why Sm choosed the end point version versus the linear servo version?
I like the look of the Tomcat with the wings half retracted...easy to program with a servo version, not possible with the current version.

Will the linear wing servo hold the wing securely in the mid switch position( or wing attack positon) during flight?

Thanks

Can anyone take a picture of their stabs at the neutral position? I set mine like the picture in the manual but with this setting the incident compared to the main wings is a lot of down. Thanks!

Hi,

A friend had an actuator failure on a F-14 while flying. Plane landed safely. His actuator is L16-100-63-12S. I'm thinking about replace with a L16-100-150-6S. Which will have about 17 kg against 8kg on stock version. Have anyone tried this?

Thanks for your help

CG right on the front of wing spar, I loosened two screws and attached wires there cg. No need for a cg with wings back, just CG gear down, UATs full and wings out. Cheers
roll rates drop from 100% for wings out to probably 20% of the wings out throw. Very sensitive on roll with the wings back and it likes to dutch roll with with wings back so a gyro is recommended.
