Sorry man, looks like Cermark is no longer selling their F-16. There is a Jet Legend for sale here that looks pretty good, and if I'm not mistaken it looks like the one that was built by drdoom (there is a whole thread about the buil-up).

WHAT????

What about these guys?:

If its no longer for sale it will really suck...

One more question to those that have built this kit...

Since they both cost the same, should I get the Tamjets landing gear package instead of the Cermark?

Do the spring rates change in the struts between the two? I'm just thinking that the Tamjets seems like better quality and if it fits just as well and costs the same then it might be worth it.

Thanks.

Danno, I could only find a couple of Jet Legend kits listed on their website, but looks like KC found them.

Chris, if you can get a set of Tam's, sure thing, they fit perfectly.

Sounds great !!!! I talked to Tam yesterday and he said retracts, tires etc. are coming in next container. He indicated that would be soon, However we also talked about new kits and those will probley not ship until after the first of the year. You might want to give him a call and see. 408.224.4600 . He did say the new F-16 kits will be very nice... Version 4. Lighter and stronger, alieron option, and will only be offered with very nice durable scale gear. ( rotating nose too !!! )) He will offer them in Gyneral Dynamics, Thunderbirds, and Edwards schemes. He wasn't sure at this point about plain gelcote white or not.... Depends on how the molds hold up during production.

Let me know if you guys hear any thing more on Cermark post it... I'm intrested.

CRAP!

I just got off the phone with Hobby-Zone (the link I had posted).

They confirmed that Cermark is no longer producing the F-16. What a disappointment...oh well...back to square one.

I've recently got hold of one these and have a quick question.

Do I need to install the inlet extension? I can't see that there would be a huge benefit in using it so am tempted to leave it off.
