Paul. Great. I did an overhaul on mine this winter. I put a K60G in mine this time. I think it will be ok on pavement but don't know about grass. Ha.

DW, what's the difference in the Jet Legend and the Mark II? Good luck on your finishing yours. I've got to get going on my hanger of stuff. I used all winter catching up on gunsmithing.

Mrk I crashed......I hope my Mrk II has a much longer life!!!! And, I may do some more mods or differently.

Myne is still in the box. I've been thinking about getting the gear converted to electric. Has anyone done this. I've got a DX18 so would do the gear doors electric. Less plumbing

Both the airframes I built we omitted the inner main doors and just installed the strut doors. The fronts where air with a clippard valve actuating them the mains are a real pia to setup save yourself some grief. There isn't a ton of room up front for e-cylinders iether so stick with air. You want to shim the nose gear down abt 1/4-3/8 " as well to change the stance on the ground. If you don't it will pop off on rotation which could be nasty.
