Good to here you got you turbine running. looks like that restrictor was most of your problems, if you upgrade to C03 you are going to want to lose the restrictor. C03 was the best running revision out, I had it in my RAM1000 and it fired up every single time. well good luck and happy flying.

We were told that the lower number gave MORE gas? Is that not correct?
When I got mine updated Bob sent me a sheet of paper explaining what was different.

I am getting the ECU upgraded there is a version C03 that is $75 and a R03 that is $185. Do I really need the R03? I wouldn't be buying an onld school Ram 750 if $100 wasn't a big difference to me haha.

Well, it looks like the new R03 has a lot of nice features that really make it worth the extra $100. I found out the C03 is not even available anymore anyway. That made my decision easy.
