Default Sources for Drawings of Weapons and Sensors?

Jets do look more cool when loaded with weapons and sensors.

Does anyone know of a source of scale 3-views for the various under-wing stores and racks carried by modern jets?

eg:

AGM-65 Maverick

Brimstone Stand-off Anti-armour Missile

AIM-9 Sidewinder

AIM-132 ASRAAM

CRV-7 rocket pod

Joint Reconnaissance Pod

540lb and 1000lb bomb

Paveway II and III

Not sure if anything on here will help? Couldn't find the "add to basket" icon though

It looks OK if you want to buy RTF missiles, and isn't really aimed at the DIY missile builder

Quite a long list of top quality killing machinery though.

Hi Gordon

If I recall a number of years back Philip Noel (Mirage 2000 df fame) did a whole drawing of stores. May be a little out of date for the latest weapons but could be a start

I think Philip still advertises in the UK mags

Hope this helps

Ian

Thanks Ian, I do believe you're right.

I had a Philip Noel Mirage 2000 back in the '90s and it was a super flyer. Philip is active on RC Groups so I'll track him down there.

Cheers

Gordon

A good source I have used for US air-air missile pics, nomenclature, and 3-views is http://www.rocketryonline.com/jimbal...data/scale.htm

Hope that helps -

Barry
