Wrens green gas valve

I got this little green propane gas valve, what dose it fit here in the states? i have been using powermax fuel.

go to a sporting good store and buy coleman 70/30 propane/butane powermax mix in a squatty can. its coleman lantirn fuel. or just continue what you use. it screws on.
