I think Comp ARF do the largest with all the trick bits to boot.

Yeah, Comp Arf would have the largest one available now but Skymaster should have theirs out by the end of the year.

There is a large one available from Century Jets. I am not sure of the size, but I have one in the garage, and it is almost the same size as the CARF one I saw at Top Gun. Nice quality kit that would require a 20+ lb turbine I would imagine. The CJ A-4 also has the rotating gear similar to the CARF.
