RE: What JUST happend to the "Wren USA sale" thread???
The post was removed for the following reason:
Reason: Selling in the forums. RCU has specific rules about commercial entities selling in the forums. As a non-RCU advertiser there are specific guidelines about what can and cannot be posting in a sales ad in the forums. Unfortunately announcing a sale or product promotion is among those items that are not allowed in our forum. While RCU does respect the manufacturers and vendors in this hobby, we do try to keep the amount of advertisements that are in our forums to a minimum. We understand that as a commercial entity in this hobby you will need to communicate with your members, and we fully allow such communications. However we do limit what can be posted by those that do not advertise with RCU. As a side note, we do have limits on what our advertisers may post as well, but they are allowed to post limited commercial posts.
BTW, it was not me, but another moderator here on RCU.

RCU has rules that govern what may be posted by commercial entities in our forums. These rules are broken into RCU advertisers and non-advertisers. The rules for companies that are not RCU advertisers prohibit the placement of promotional or "sale" ads.

Not neccessarily so, there are different tiers of membership. Some DO pay for membership/market priviledges. Not that they deserve any different treatment, but I was just pointing out that there are some who do support the site thru a yearly membership fee.

plus the part in the first bullet that he included in bold and which you chose to delete:

Ban everything , the best advertising is through customer feedback,
No customer service has come close to Wren turbines nor the performance and reliability.
Is that advertising,???? I also use JR Radio eqiupment,
