I have answers to your #3, - Yes, the Global FB version has all the reinforced mods especially on the stabs, - They have 3mm anti rotation pins (2) that's 1/2 of the chord. 1/2 span covered in carbon fiber. It's impossible to break these stabs.
One thing you have to do is to make sure to Loctite all the screws. Also over time, the wood formers (bulkheads) will shrink in our dryer weather resulting in loose nuts and wing mounts. Solutions: use CA glue or dopes on the wood forms to seal off and prevent shrinkage of woods over time.
The nose has been raised by 1" so it's sitting nose high like full scale. You would need a lot of flaps to make take off rotation smooth.
Where do you fly? We have a couple of these F5 flying in Hemet field. You can come to check us out.
I have Jetcat 160sx on mine, The other two guys have 140 and 160 as well. Perfect size for it.

Great. You are very close to our hemet base. More than happy to show you our set up. Yes it's my favorite everyday plane. Easy to transport without taking wings off. I still need to change the tires as they are wearing out. Also recommend you get an extra pairs of tires and 1 exhaust pipe. Replace them after 75 -100 flights or so. Mike.

I bought as a kit, built tiptanks, applied lights, changed all door cylinders with servos, used e retracts and brakes, installed electronics and painted in a Turkish Stars scheme. Waiting for k160g. I couldn't find the places of the wooden parts (last photo) where to install???.

Those parts look like cross braces that bridge the top of the U shaped formers in the centre of the fuselage. They are removable to help engine install but must be fitted to ensure fuselage rigidity and keep the wings from folding!
