Getting ready to start putting together a BVM aggressor II ingot here on rcu. Wondering if someone can help me. I'm looking for a set of the gear door kit bvm made for these birds. As well as retracts set., thinking of going jet 90 fan unit or spending a little more and go with the bum fan unit. Is there any out there than can convert a glow fan to a electric setup using the same fan? Who is the best person to talk to and chat a bit about this
Thanks
Johnny

I highly recommend the smaller fan, it is a small air frame. This is my Agressor II flying on a 90mm Schubi HDS Economy fan on 9S 5,000. It is an open ducting system, the fan has a jet fan 90 inlet lip on it and is spaced out from the inlets by about 4" or so. About 12 pounds RTF and 3,400 or so watts.

For landing gear you can certainly use the current mechanical Electra retracts.

My Agg II. Bought it in pretty bad shape, refurbed, and loaded a modified BVM 91R. Unfortunately, I had only flown draggy and heavy DF models before this one. I lost it out of sight before being able to trim on first flight. It took off like a Q-500. Must have been doing 150mph before turning downwind. None of my turbine jets could match the acceleration of that li'l *******!!!
Think I sold my retracts to you Chris.
