Well, The moment has arrived! My first BVM kit. Loaded with all the goodies including the belly slung smoke tank (Modified F-16 tank), canopy, cockpit kit and struts! Time to get busy...I will be doing a step by step review of this kit when I get rolling...

Those parts go together fast though. Dennis Lott and I started at 9 pm last Friday night, we worked till around 12:30 then up again around 7 AM until 1:30 AM and we had the wing built, with leading edges installed, and edges of the panels sanded and ready for final shaping. The horizontal was built as well. Now this was a marathon building session, and this was my third Bobcat to frame but it goes together very well. The parts fit is phenomenal.

Hi Todd, You made the right choice. You'll love the way this thing goes together. Though I'm not the "Marathon Man" that David and Dennis are it doesn't take long to get an airframe in front of yourself. If this is your first BVM kit it certainly won't be your last. We'll all be waiting for that progress check. Go to it man! Bill Harris
