Default RCJI problems again

Has anyone else having trouble with their RCJI subscription?

I paid in good faith for a subscription in June last year and have had to buy every issue since as they can't seem to get the magazine to me in Australia. Took my money but can't deliver the goods.

I sent a pm to a certain member on here who is tied up with them and have not heard a whisper from him. I have contacted traplet in the UK numerous times with no success.

I expected more customer service from a magazine of this caliber.

If all of us that are having trouble get together and make these issues known maybe we will get something done. I do remember a member on here saying he was going to look into it. Has he dome that?

As i need your name details to do this, I can't explain your problems right this minute - BUT we will fix asap.

Have you phoned us or sent emails about this?

Thinking about it now, send me a home email NOW, as I will be at the office later this afternoon (yeh, I know, its Sunday and should be out flying)

Just an update, for all the Aussies that have problems please contact Dave Burns at the address above.

He has been more than helpful in sorting this out for me and I appreciate his responsiveness.
