RE: F-16 with afterburner
Tor Christiansen ( " icepilot " ) has posted many times here on RCU (do a Search).
There are also several easier to download vids on YouTube posted by him, like this one : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WnKCz...e=channel_page
The video on hos own website you are referring to is almost 55 MB...

RE: F-16 with afterburner
He's very talented...
He also made this one : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AfA1B...e=channel_page
But this is still my favourite : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7AoNL...e=channel_page (note also the small afterburner lights in the Christmas tree on 1:15 )

RE: F-16 with afterburner
Thanks, Nicolas - I really love having my song videos on RCU!!!!
Have you started building the F-16 yet? I had flutter again on mine after
installing the P180, so now I will go with external links (titanium rods) on
the side of the rudder! This plane is FAST!!

RE: F-16 with afterburner
Hi Tor,
I have gone with external pushrod on mine from the start and flown it a few times now with the 180....awesome power!! I love the slow flyby and then opening the tap for a vertical climb out rolling on the way up. This jet is very cool!
No flutter problems with the external linkage.
Regards,
Craig.

RE: F-16 with afterburner
Tor, I would love to see how you did those multi-function displays in this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AfA1B...e=channel_page
Just guessing it's rotating film with a back light?? Woody.

Hi Woody - here's a link to the first thread about them:
http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/m_80...tm.htm#8082848
There is also another thread here called Project MFD's - you can search for that as well. They are real screens
with still images changing every 2 seconds.
