CAPITOL JETS, Albany, NY
Hello Folks,
Just a few weeks away from our fith, wow, time does fly!
Our web-site has been updated for the hotel info, as you know, having been here befor, there are other lower-priced hotels along the way into the Glenmont area near the South Albany airport.
Some of these have been reported as poor in the past by our pilots and family. I would sugest, a quick brouse thru the web-based discounts and check.
The Comfort Inn seems to have the best pricing at the moment.
If you have been with us in the past , you may remember our big red chuck wagon vendor, he is back for this year! Great chow, ie..grilled turkey legs!
The trees are still there my freinds, so plan your downwinds out with your spotter.
As of now, I have not settled on any after hours action for us, but I'm thinking about returning our group to the resturaunt "CASA MIA" right near the event.
Food is good, price is good, and Ray the owner was very accomodating to us.
What do you say?
Chime in with your plans so that I can give him a jingle, or should we let everyone run off to their own for the evening?
Also, if you need a tent, send me a PM, as my tent guy is running low, I may be able to get an alternative supply.

Frank, Cant wait , count me in again this year! Im bringing my own hotel and a maybe a freind who might need some buddy box time. You may remember him before he was abducted by aliens. I dont know what they did to him but hes a different person now!

Sorry for the oversight,
Yes, there is Kero located about ten minutes from the field. Its directly across from the Home depot as you enter the town of Glenmont.
I'll get more detail on here later as I have to run out that way today.

Frank - are you referring to the Petro station across the street from Lowes and Wallmarts as the station that carries Kero ? Do they carry Port or Chardonnay ?

Yes, they do carry your favorite!
Just add a quart of your turbine oil, it will go down just fine!
