Yeah, its true guys, I wont be able to make it down, couldn't get Friday off of work mainly but mostly cause I got nothing to fly. I figure I can use the time to get the paint job done on my F-18 as well as work on the Intruder more. Gonna miss you guys but cant wait to see the video!!

Unless other arrangements have been made, such as having a tanker truck deliver it, there is no kero source at the field. Other than the small village that gets built for CA Jets. there is absolutely nothing at the location except a flagpole. I can't express enough the effort that takes place to make the location event-able.
Kenny is burning it hard. Everyone owes him a big thank you. And his wife Jill as well!

Wednesday was perfect weather!
Kenny finished setting up the tents. This is going to be the best CA Jets yet.......
It was very nice meeting up with friends from all over the world again. Today the flying will get serious.

Spence: Do you still need Kerosene? I have a dealer in Escondido and price is $35 per 5 gallons. I am leaving in about 1 hour (11am depart time) If you get back to me by then, I can pick up a bucket for you. Let me know.
