Default Swept wing jet modells

Hello Jet pilots around the world

I have been reading so much about all the wonderfull swept wing jets from China or elsewhere in rc universe, but I have never seen a video, where this modells sweep the wings.
Here in Austria we prefere another way:
We build a modell, fly it and sweep the wings
Have a look here:
www.youtube.com/watch

Best regards from Austria
Manfred

Very nice, how much trim alteration is there between the two configurations? Gary.

Hello Gary

There is no trim alteration necessary between the two configurations

Plenty of videos from this past years events of wing swinging, so other people do fly and swing the wings. Do a youtube search for Kentucky jets 2012 and best in the west events. Georgia jets had some as well.

Wrong!!

Approval Guidelines in Switzerland an Germany are:
Normally an RC Jet should withstand 8G!

Example Calculation :
The F 14 weight is ca. 35kg with 5.5 l of kero.
minus ca. 4kg wings weight = 31kg
x 8 = 248kg
:2 = 124kg each side!!!

60kg /resp. 4G is noting!!

Color me, unimpressed.

I want to see some loops, split S's, cuban's with those wings swept.

And that bottom vid of the tornado sweeping those wings with full ordinance is, however, Bad Freakin Arse. Looks incredible!

Remember, this is a scale tornado and not a futura!
