Tam EDF 1:12 - had fun with EDFfor a week or so - just doesn't do it for me like kero - loved the scheme and the performance but...................(somewhere in MI now Ithink)
Also, my jet trainer...... the bimbo in the backseat is not ready to fly a jet yet but she has big boobs so we keep trying to train her.

My meager attempt to keep your thread alive. My Reaction, which seems to like flying at Benbrook. Although this pic was taken at the "other" field down South... And, eventually this one will make it to Benbrook - my Barf. Working on the gun ports right now, and soon the nozzle petals. Then when it gets a bit warmer and I have time to do it, I need to clear it, then stuff it. [8D] Then we can't forget the Topcat. Topcat likes flying at Benbrook, but would like it if the runway were a few feet longer. [8D]

AirForce7, I have pulled the turbine and other goodies out of the 107, in hopes I can get time to install 2.4 stuff in it. I need a landing gear repair too. [8D] But here are a couple pics of the inside. The model has 20 flights on it.

1. And way before the jet days...........my dad's MRC Skyhawk purchased from a Sears Catalogue. Had an ENYA .35 TV, an ACOMS 4 channel radio. Once I turned 13 I decided to put it together and Fly it. It was a foam 747!!
2. My first Pattern (Calypso shown) competition, 125 lbs ago.
3. Me and then Atlanta Brave's catcher Javi Lopez. I helped him get aiborne when he started flying R/C. Great guy.

With the gang the day of the BARF maiden, JT, Les. So many great memeories. This field is "home" to me. All my jet memories will always be linked to this place.
Not so long ago on any given Sunday there could be 7-9 people fying jets. Hudson, Les, Brian, Ron, JT, Elvis, Paul, Smitty, Buck.
We have a small but great crowd. We tend to leave problems back home and ALWAYS enjoy the day no matter how many bubbles in the UAT, water in the fuel, dead Lipo's, leaky retracts........

(just a side-note, Buck always makes fun of my shorts and then goes and buys some just like them)
