Only ever used a JR matchbox but found it very good and easy to set up, Gary.

They are both good and do the job, the packaging/presentation of the JR unit is better IMO.

I just set up a pair of equalizer 2's in my model and had it going within minutes, not a hitch! The only thing to lookout for is if you are using Hitec digital servos it will not go to fail safe if programed using the equalizer 2's, in built system. I am using Hitec's on all my flight controls and it holds as you woud want in a broken link situation. So far 4 flights so no real feed back on reliability etc....
