I REALLY THINK ERIC AND SOME OF YOU OTHERS OUR BLOWING MY QUESTION OUT OF CONTROL!!! I WAS ASKING HIM ONLY, IF HE EVAN FLEW IT AND TO SEE IF THERE WAS A VIDEO, BECAUSE HE HAD TO LEAVE. GOOD LORD PEOPLE!
RC Ken will have videos of most flights available very soon. A ton of editing before he can post his RC Universe Thread. Should not be much longer.

Nice job Marvin. I saved all 7 videos to my files.

[link=http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oy_vey]Oy vey[/link], just what this world needed....Rednecks with guns. This looks like a case of:

A + B = C
Andy + Boli = Carnage

You guys gotta get yourself a T-shirt like one of the guys at the event

Alcohol
Tobacco

Firearms

Who brought the chips?

Regards,

Jim
That was my shirt Jim and I'm a redneck via New York now at home in Virginia(A state with low taxes and lax gun laws. LET FREEDOM RING!). And just for the record its 'Who's bringing the chips?"

Hey Marty,

It's a great shirt; I'm trying to find one like it but an internet search only revealed watered down versions. God bless the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Regards,

Jim

Just type in google "ATF who's bringing the chips" and you get a lot of hits. I bought mine in California last month on Venice beach.

JOK was my first jet event (spectator), and it was a real treat. I'd been to other R/C events, but this was the only event that left me anxiously awaiting next year. I was simply amazed at the number of people and aircrafts at this event. Nothng else has ever come close. Attending this event made me finally decide to get intothe hobby. I'm a long way from the jets, but I have a dream and a goal.

I can't put into words how friendly most of the pilots were. I had a million questions, and everyone was always more thaneager to answerthem for me. There was a gentleman from the Dallas, TX area who left an impression. If I remember correctly, his name was Kilroy, or something similar. Super nice guy.

Before arriving at the event, I was more than a little surprised to learn that pilots from all over the country would make the trek to a little town in Kentucky. After arriving at the airport that morning, I was no longer surprised. What little I know about these type of events, this was top-notch.

We witnessed one pretty bad crash while we were there. Although not nearly as bad as the pilot, I'm sure, but I was feeling pretty bad on the way home. I was feeling bad for him. We walked over to see what was left of the jet, and the look on the pilots face said it all. I couldn't imagine. I'm not sure of the cause, but I suspect that whatever it was wouldn't have eased the pain.

In conclusion, I can't wait until next year. Bring on the JOK.
