I was about to be amused by the sexual inuendo, but then I enlarged the photo. YIPES! She's like 16! Now I'm just creeped out. Guess I'm getting old.

Wow this is getting very confusing! Does this mean there are no longer sales through Graupner and Orbit and that Orbit is no longer producing the ECU? As Arno and Dietmar were partners I take it this means another divorce? First there were 3 partners then 2 partners now 1?

RE: I`m the first ...
here is the answer to all your questions direct from IQ-Hammer .....
About us...
For over a decade Hammer-Engines has been recognized as an innovator and manufacturer of miniature turbines. Dietmar Kramer, aka Turbodiddi, started manufacturing and distributing turbines as early as 1995 under the moniker „Bavarian Hammer“. Amongst insiders these early engines are legendary to this very day.
Turbines made by Hammer-Engines have been available to the European market under brand names such Graupner or Evojet and have taken the scene by storm, especially once Graupner started distribution. This success is based on perpetual innovation and due to the fact that Hammer-Engines’s product development and quality control have at all times met the highest standards for precision, material properties and mechanical characteristics. At this time Hammer-Engines employ a total employees 5 with the main headquarter exceeding 13,000 square feet of floor space.
As of 2010, after having been in business for over 15 years, Hammer-Engines decided to cater to the European customer base direct. This results into you, the end consumer, dealing with the manufacturer firsthand, eliminating the possibility of miscommunication or inaccurate information caused by middlemen while establishing direct communication and trust between consumer and manufacturer.
Hammer-Engines will celebrate this milestone event by presenting you the brand-new IQ-H180+, another landmark for this well-established line of turbines. The IQ-H180+ produces 40+ pounds of thrust, while keeping the outer dimensions and weight of the IQ-H160+. The Kerosene consumption is on par with the IQ-H160+, as well.
This latest development will have consequences, of course. Middlemen such as Evojet will no longer be supplied with IQ-Hammer’s quality line of turbines. Keep this in mind should these former vendors advertise in the future, you no longer will acquire engines of Hammer-Engine pedigree, quality and performance.
The well-known line of G-BOOSTER turbines will be unaffected and will continue to be distributed by Graupner exclusively. What will change is the fact that owners of G-Booster and Booster engines will be able to have those services by the manufacturer, Hammer-Engines, direct. This will eliminate the added time and cost of having to go through a re-seller.
Outside Europe Hammer-Engines are in the process of establishing a brand-new network of dealers with service centers in place. The service personnel will be trained on site at Hammer-Engines headquarters in Henfenfeld, Germany and will run the machinery that Hammer-Engines specifically require. An example of such a dealer being Vogelsang Aeroscale who cater to the North American market.
We hope to have been able to give you a little insight into the history and underlying philosophy of Hammer-Engines ....

That is helpful, the only point you did not answer was the ECU. I presume you have changed from Orbit ECU to Projet?
As you know Traplet are keen to test all the major brands and it would be great if we could test one of the 180 engines when they are available.

RE: I`m the first ...
Hello,
I'm an owner of a EVO booster 90 (sep 2009) and I understand that you will do the service for my turbine by now. Am I right?
How about the warranty that is supposed to be on my EVO90 (3 years) ?
Thanks for answers, regards,
Christophe.

Hi Christophe,
of course Hammer-Engines will do the Service on your Engine,
but for any Warranty-Repair you have to contact your dealer
or Arno at Evojet. This Warranty was given by Evojet not by
Hammer-Engines.
