I suspect you will need someone to custom make you a broach for each style of spline for the various manufacturers. I have found various brands of horns must have different specs for the broach as some seem to slip right on and others need some pressure to fit onto the servo spline. I prefer the ones that need some pressure as they tend to have no slop.

You will also need a method of "clocking" the tool so each horn is oriented to the servo splines correctly and consistently.

yes exactly we are aiming for Futaba and JR for now
the clocking is no problem we can rotate at 1 degree at a time.
so if anyone knows who can make us those tools we would be gratefull

Sandor

Try here: http://www.rotarybroaching.net/broaching101.htm they may be able to make the tool required.

If not these people do internal spline broaches: http://www.alcesterbroach.com/?gclid...FRg-lAod9A08_A
