That vid shows a KingTech 180, not a PumaJet.

757s K180 sounds perfectly fine with the exception of distortion from threcording.

Edited by the mod to remove a personal referance.

Rcjetbazz is correct. Nothing at all wrong with that K180.

i am not afraid of anyone here
and if i know there is something wrong with bearings in the turbine i talk about, then i tell you
but i want to apollogise
i didnt mean the lube
i ment the bearings
nice running is:
and thats only from what i saw at the short movie
the rpm go,s quickly up and down ,without anyflames , or sputtering
the egt is very low
very nice electronics
but only needs some work on bearings ,and i think its the rear , because , what lots of factories do, also jetcat
is the fitt of the ngv that go,s over the shafttunnel , they make it a to tight fitt
so when the engine is running, everything is good because the egt from shaft tunnel and ngv are good ,and then it expence the tunnel a bitt
but if you cool down the engine, the ngv has more heat , and takes longer to come back to his own shape, get it??????
then the rear bearing is a bitt to tight fitt
thats all

even jetcat still has this problem , and many more , but they last for more then 20 hours
but all i wanted to say was , i dont like the sound
bearings have to do ssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss, and not grtttttttggerrrrrrr
understand
well i hope i was clear about this

have a good day all

Wait a minute. You claim there are bearing lube issues, someone asks more about it, now you just want to forget about it?

You owe an explanation to everyone. Is this a decent turbine or a crappy one with rear bearing issues????

This is the sound he is talking about, yet you guys love this turbine. play the end of the video.

yep
the same problem
to tight
so woket man , if you even cant hear this
i think you need a lesson in turbines , dont you think???

So the original post of the NT motor was posted 3years ago! What was the outcome. Oddly enough it looks identical to the Puma which looks identical to the FlyLucky. Even more odd is that it looks identical to the photo that HobbyKing posted 2 years ago. claiming this to be their new turbine. It appears that this engine has been re-branded at least 4 times

Im not saying good or bad...just an observation

Apparently it isn't "new" at all. Just the same run of the mill turbine being branded with other names.
