Well it flew very well. directionally stable, which was a concern.
It has tailerons for control, no flaps installed.
Took a lot of gross trim changes to get it flying straight and level, but all went well.
The C.G. is correct, the mains need to be moved back a little bit.
Had a lot of Expo dialed in for the first flight, which can be reduced now.
Landing was initially fast, but slowed down nicely with some up elevator.
Thanks to Ronnie for the piloting.
The video is here, not the greatest, but at least we have some.

RE: TSR-2-maiden with Video
Hi Bob!
Wow! Great first flight and nice model work!! Attached is a photo of my 1/12th version of the TSR-2. I have not flown the model (due to my wife's health problems), but I think it would fly OK. I hope you are successful in marketing a turbine powered version. You probably know that a fellow in England is building a 1/4-scale version; I haven't checked his site lately, but if he's successful, maybe the UK MoD will resurrect the project ...
Cheers,

I'll try to attach my description of my model; if it doesn't work, drop me an email at [email protected] and I'll send it along.

Was poking one of the only two left at Duxford last week, fantastic machine, love the footage of the fullsize flying especially the way it takes off and comes into land like a seagull
