Rich,
Most vendors arrive on Thursday and are in the process of setting up. Of course, the food vendor will be cooking on Thursday.

Hi Chuck,

Glad to hear that you'll be making the trip. LBJR wouldn't be the same without you and Ron. See you next week!

Hi Rick,

Eric's registered already and I'm looking forward to seeing his UB! What super craftsmanship.

And so we have Larry Stolzfus and the Lapp boys coming north. It's always nice to see our southern brothers who have been shunned these many years. Don't let the Bishop know that you're in town otherwise we won't be able to talk to you. No grits but we will be having scrapple, homefries with gravy, eggs made in lard, and apple juice. Ummmmmmmm........

Yes Mark, grits mixed with tar makes a great crack sealer. Plumbers use it all the time.

Please tell us Mike....what exactly is in scrapple? Or is it something I don't want to know about.

Brad, Mark Farmer, Mike Saleeby and myself are tagging onto the ''Larry Stoltzfus'' caravan headed north on Thur. I am especially excited about seeing the pimped up horse buggies. Will there be a class for those at Carlisle this year?

Jeff,,,, Basically,,it's like fried "Neeses Liver Pudding" with a little extra seasoning. Tried it last year. It was,,,, Um,,, well,,,,, Youll have to try it yourself! I heard they put everything from the pig in it except the squeal. They sold that to FORD and they made brake pads with that!!!!!!

Kingtech USA Will Help Sponsor Liberty Bell Jet Rally.

I spoke with Barry Hou of www.Kingtechusa.com and he will provide coupons toward the purchase of a Kingtech turbine. The coupons will be for $200.00 off the purchase of a K-80 and $300.00 off the purchase of a K-170. The proceeds from the coupons will be donated to Liberty Bell Jet rally and will cost $10.00 each.

This is a great opportunity for anyone considering the purchase of a new turbine as the Kingtech turbines are already a great price. I will have a K-80 with me for purchase if anyone is interested.

See you at Liberty Bell

Jimmy, Harold, Buddy and I will be up Thursday morning. Eric and Bob are coming up as well so we'll have six guys at the MD tents this year guarding the right side of the field at night. We've got some more coming as onlookers over the 4 days too.

Cindy and I took a ride out to the airport this afternoon for some PR work with the neighbors. We swung by Donegal Springs Airpark and I'm happy to report that the corn across from the pilot's stations is much shorter than the 12 foot monster wall that was there a couple of years ago. My guess is that the corn is about 7 feet tall.

Harold and I will be setting up on Wednesday, so we'll be there to welcome all early arrivals. We're going to have 4 days of jet flying fun this week!

I'm scrambling to get the repairs done on my Skyray, but everything else is ready. Looking forward to departing on Wednesday afternoon!
