How do these weights stack up? Is this airframe only weight without turbines etc? If not, does adding a second turbine & onboard equipment plus additional structure/thrust pipe etc really only add 2.2lbs???!?!?!

The bifurcated pipe will lose loads of thrust with that sort of set up......but happy to be proved wrong....looks nice though

I would like to see the pipes configuration.
Its gonna have to be similar to like how the single Mig 29 pipe is. And it might help if they cheated a bit on the center section by making more room.
James, do you have any pics that look up into the body from the tail, that might explain it better.

You can tell by looking at the bulkhead just aft of the turbine and the center section of the fuselage between the exhaust nozzles its ALOT thicker in the center section. I would say at a minimum 3" where the turbine is positioned.. Looks good though for a stand off scale airplane

Who needs a tail pipe ? as you can see there is no pipe in the pictures.
Bolt up your big turbine in the middle of your F-14 and there you have it - a single engine F-14 ! or is that not the way it works ?
Now to be more serious - please do provide some pics of the tail pipe assembly.

It was a pleasure dealing with all 3 of you! Now I can't wait to see them at the shows out here and KJ. I just ordered a new A-7, but I'm sure I will get the bug again to have a big cat in the stable once I see you guys out there!
Thanks again..

Ravill - wait before u buy the electric retracts. My retracts on my f-14 and mig work flawlessly. The f-14 can hold air for hours no leaks and all original fej parts

hi friends:
If you see the web of Flyeagle you can find photos of the single engine, I like more the 2 engines, sorry but this single version not is a F-14, for my this not is an option.
Like the F-18, F-15, Mig-29 and other models in single engine version the scale shape is the same, but in the F-14....
