This is just a marvelous build. The detail that you are putting into this plug is amazing! I am wondering if you have planned how to build the molds and get all that detail transfered so that the parts will come out containing all the details? I have been following B1-Bob's build of his Thunderchief's and was curious as to how you will set up yours. With all this work to make a model/Plug with all this fine detail, it would be a shame to lose any of it in the transfers. Great job!

Well Peter, it's been a month now without an update to your very detailed build. Christmas and New Years have come and gone. Have you made any further progress with the plug? I keep checking in to see how you are progressing and am met wiyh the same messages on this page. So..... I am curious as to what has been happening. I am sure I am not alone. Please update us . Thank you and take care.

There is no update on the plug but I am working on the cockpit in 3d. Behind the computor is much warmer than on the cold loft. Did some measurements in a dual cp at the airbase.
This is what I have until now, not so much but It takes time to draw all the panels and knobs.
Also busy with the Aces II. Made from drawings on the Viperpit.org site.
I hope you will be a bit satisfied with this little update .
Greetings,
Peter

Hi Peter,My name is Wayne Galea from Malta .I really like doing molds and Plugs but never attempted till now to try to surface finish a plug in aluminium ans too many questions rise about how deep must the rivets need to be to be transferd in the actual flying model and so on ,but you are giving me a good flame to start a project .Your work is absolutly speachless and I am following your progress .it`s the best thing about our hobby is so interesting to see a model being born on a workbench from a expert modeller like you are.

Worked out my landing gear wich I drew before but have it now working in order. It will squat also otherwise it won't work when it folds into its wheel box.
Next step is the nose gear.

Finally made something for the F16, in the meantime I am repairing my PA F16 and a other one.
Hit a lamp besides the runway [:@], lost parts of the wing. But it will be repaired .
Made 8 divergent nozzle seals in PU plastic, 7 more to go. It is a start of the many parts of the nozzle. Later I will make a steel mold so I can press them from litho plate 0.10mm, then they will be light and stiff.
I believe the spirit is coming back for the project .

The PA F16 is ready again, also painted but no picture. So it was time to go on with the B, behind the backseat is a panel with details and thats almost ready now.
