Hi Carlos, looking good. When it is glued to the surface it will even look better. Small tip, I made my tools from steel to get a sharper edge on the rivet.

Found nice pictures of the mirage to compare it with yours, http://www.master194.com/photo_avion...isse/index.htm

Are you counting the rivets , I didn't .... tooooo many .

Greetings, Peter

tulz161, thanks man.

Hi Peter:

Thanks for the link.

I will try change the laton tubes for steel. Now I'm sticking with contact adhesive, it is o.k. ?

Thank you very much.

Carlos Márquez.

Peter, it looks amazing! You should bring it to Jetpower so we could see it up close, it's a piece of art!
(and, no, there are NEVER too many F-16's!!!)

Sorry, it is not on JetPower this year too busy doing things on it.
Changed the LEF seals, the lips on it are difficult to mold so I carved them in the alu. Had to replace all the seals [] but this is better for molding.

Hi Carlos, that will be the big question. It must be strong and the max angle is 20 degrees down and 2 up.
Thats for later in 3d design.

Hi Peter:

I saw that you made the lines of original hinges in the wing, why you no make the hinges like the origninal ??? is most easy copy that invent

The hinges look like perfect round, the diameter of the hinges is the maximum thickness of the wing, then you only need a shaft for rotating.

BR.

Looking awesome Peter. Love the picture of the rotary actuator and asymetry brake. Haven't seen one of those in a number of years. Looking forward to the next phase of your work!!!!
