Awesome! I was getting ready to comment on your first video of the toe hook and shank to let you know that there needs to be a bend in it, then low and behold, a corrected scale version!
I am managing a contract to manufacture a few of those things right now. About 270 individual hooks, and a half dozen of the shanks. Love the F-16 drawings as they are easy to read, but the parts lists are typically a little bit more of a pain.

Haha yes, full scale.
I love looking at the drawings for aircraft parts, which is a good thing since it's about 50% of my job! And F-16's are my favorite aircraft. Wish I had the time and patience like you have to take on an awesome project of this magnitude!
